I have been going here for about 3 years and slowly I have noticed a decrease in service. Not only did they not let my dog use the restroom the entirety of his appointment but they also left this cotton ball lodge so far down his ear, I found it TWO DAYS AFTER. Not impressed.

Thank you for your feedback. We were very disheartened when we saw this, and have taken our time to reply because we are just as upset as you. When we do something wrong, we want to own up to it and make changes so it doesn’t happen again. I would like to explain what happened. Yes, you have been a client for 3 years. However, in those 3 years, we have only groomed your dog a total of 3 times in that 3 year time span. You have cancelled and no call/no show appointments, and your dog has been severely matted the last 2 times. It is extremely difficult for us to keep our standards of grooming up when your dog comes that infrequently and in that condition. We should have taken out the cotton ball. We now have a protocol in place to help prevent this from happening in the future. You mentioned that he has been having severe ear issues, and the mistake was made while attempting to keep him comfortable. As for taking your dog out to use the bathroom, we don’t usually do that for our grooming dogs unless the dog is whining or acting like they need to go outside. He was only here for a few hours, and as I mentioned on our phone call, he did not make a sound and appeared very comfortable in the kennel after his grooming appointment. We have been in business for 21 years. We are passionate and dedicated, and we strive to give the dogs in our care the best service. I did call you to discuss it, and you said thanks for the apology and that you were never taking your dog to the groomer again. Thank you for your feedback, we have and will continue to improve our quality and services for current and future clients.

Best place in town to take your dog. Everyone loves your pet as if they were their own. They do an amazing job. If my Corgi is staying the week, or getting groomed. I always have the piece of mind he's well taken care of.

Extremely unprofessional. Instead of getting the truth and handling matters professionally when a mix up happen, threatening and accusing clients of behavior that didn't happen. If I could would give negative star review. Will be losing business due to this unprofessionalism. Posting for a family member.
