About a year ago, before I stopped going to tails we win, everything was going great, until it wasn't. My dog, Auzzie, was excitedly licking the trainer. Auzzie accidentally hit his teeth on the trainers nose, unintentionally 'hurting' the trainer. No blood was drawn, but the trainer, who I believe his name was Miles, picked my dog up by his collar and slammed him onto the ground. Auzzie was screaming in pain, I stood frozen in shock. The trainer continued by dragging Auzzie by his collar, choking him and then putting him in a kennel. I've asked other trainers and they said that was the wrong thing to do. After that I never went back, and I never will.
