Do you train dogs do become service dogs?
No they don't, they train obedience with vibrating/shock collars. Pack boarding, no training of employees, you can judge for yourself.

We had the best experience with Ashley at Taming the Wild. She communicated with us along the way and sent us pictures. I love how she still checks in with us months after training. I also love that we can come back for reoccurring training and can freely ask her questions!

We had an awesome experience with Taming the Wild, and especially with our trainer, Ashley. We enrolled our almost 2‑year‑old dog, Scooby, in their 2‑week board and train program and customized the training to focus on off‑leash come, place/stay, and eliminating nuisance behaviors like jumping, chewing, and pulling on the leash, along with remote collar enhancement.
I truly can’t say enough about how effective and worthwhile this training was. Before the program, Scooby could sit on command—but only briefly—and he simply could not resist jumping on everyone he met. Walks were a constant battle, as he pulled the entire time.
After just two weeks, the difference is amazing. Scooby is still his same fun‑loving, happy self, but now he sits, stays, places, and comes promptly on command, no longer jumps on people, and walks calmly on a leash without pulling—something we honestly never thought we’d see so quickly.
We are truly amazed by the progress Scooby made in such a short amount of time, and so is everyone who knows him. Ashley was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in Scooby’s success, and she took the time to keep us regularly infomred of his progress with videos and photos. She also took the time to ensure we understood how to reinforce the training at home when we picked up Scooby after the training.
If you’re on the fence about professional training, I can’t recommend Taming the Wild enough. This was one of the best decisions we’ve made for Scooby and for our family.

Ashley was so great with my GSD, Georgia! We struggled a lot with jumping, leash pulling, and sitting on command. She is a great dog and I’m happy to know how to stay consistent with training. Side note: My kids are loving not being mauled every morning. 😆

Ashley did a wonderful job training our dog! She was patient with me and my kids as we learned and very available to ask questions. She made our wild puppy much more tame and a better member of our family ;)
