Amber and her husband were amazing with my dogs! They trained my coonhound not to counter surf which was a big issue. I can now cook in my own kitchen! Additionally, they now have manners and are crate trained I would highly recommend this facility!!!
My super anxious and attached doggy loves going to Tampa Bay Canine Retreat. Amber immediately made him feel safe and loved. I was shocked. Amber is full of loving energy that the dogs respond to. Taught my dog so much, much better behaved.

What a great experience!! We had lots of fears and doubts about boarding and training our dog at the outset. Amber and Jeremy really put all of these fears to rest just with the initial meet and greet. We wanted to make sure Trooper would have a good experience and that the measures used for training weren’t too extreme. Just watching the first interaction between Trooper and Amber and Jeremy it was clear there was nothing to worry about. They kept in constant communication with us through every part of the journey. Trooper had a great experience! The videos they upload are very instructive and are helping us greatly. He is now home and there is marked improvement in his behavior in just over a couple of weeks of training. This is way more progress than we would have made in several months. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them and will absolutely use them again!
We had a great experience with Tampa Bay Canine Retreat. Our German Shepherd was trained by Amber & Jeremy for my husband who is a disabled veteran. To this day, our Sheeba is the most obedient, well mannered, and well behaved dog. We will be going back soon to start official emotional support training.
