There were several red flags rolled into one big one, an unwillingness to make basic disability accommodations. In this case, the accommodation was written communication. They have a policy against given quotes over text or email (another part of the red flag). I don't recommend working with a company that markets themselves as being there to help disabled people train their service dogs but won't communicate with disabled people in a way that works for them. I also don't recommend a service dog company that clearly doesn't care about the ADA.
