I would not recommend this business or trainer to anyone. They were extremely rude in only two minutes of an interaction. If you are sharing space with the groomer next door, it should be obvious that interactions with other dogs will happen since it is part of the environment. Instead of showing understanding, this person acted entitled and unprofessional. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. If she is this rude in a brief interaction with a random person, I cannot imagine how she behaves when training your dog.

So happy with Tayls N Trails. Taylor and her staff are wonderful. When I take my puppy Ani for his morning walk, he rushes to the back of my car wanting to be driven to the day care. he has made great friends and has learned to walk next to me. He comes home fulfilled mentally, emotionally and physically. When he comes home in the evening, he will have dinner and go to bed right away. Happy life.

My pup, Aukai, and I are so much happier since finding Tayls N Trails! I started dreading walks because my almost two-year-old labradoodle was being reactive on the leash. He had also started barking out the window after a recent move. All of this was causing anxiety and frustration. I also worried traditional daycare was contributing to our problems, so I was looking forward to trying their hiking program after boot camp. I am so impressed and grateful for the progress Aukai made after four weeks of boot camp. He has significantly more control of his actions and emotions and now looks at me when he sees or hears another dog rather than barking and lunging on the leash. He is also great at loose leash walking and place. The combination of group training (still in awe of how all the dogs stay in place) and individual attention was especially helpful and not something I could have provided on my own. Following Aukai's progress on Instagram was such a joy! He developed a relationship with the trainers, and it was clear he enjoyed learning from them and getting rewarded for performance. I was excited to see them practicing at places like Home Depot and Castle Island. The four private sessions with Taylor were invaluable and gave me the skills I needed to reinforce good behavior and break bad habits. I have a better understanding of Aukai and more confidence in both of us. Boot camp was highly tailored to Aukai's progress and needs, and Taylor was open to training opportunities I valued, like a coffee shop. Aukai now attends hiking each week and loves the mental stimulation, exercise, and much needed breaks this format of daycare offers. The Tayls N Trails staff are amazing, and because they truly understand dogs, they and the pups always seem happy! I'm so relieved and Aukai is thriving!

I have been sending my pup for hikes for a few years now and I am incredibly happy with the service Taylor and her team provides. The staff are super knowledgeable about dog behavior and training and I feel confident that my dog is happy and taken care of for while in their care. Arya looks forward to adventures with her pack and always returns happy and tired. I also love that I can see her enjoying her hikes through instagram stories.

Taylor and everyone at Tayls & Trails care deeply for the dogs they are entrusted with. Our one year old cockapoo, Arina, has learned how to heel, stay, sit, come, and generally is much more "polite". She is much less reactive, and perhaps most importantly - she is a confident pup who knows her role in our home. Thank you to everyone at Tayls & Trails for taking care of our dog as if it were their own. Arina loves coming for daycare. Would highly, highly recommend.
