4 stars for friendly admin staff and ease of scheduling and invoicing. 1-2 stars for overall business practices and value for the money. The training achieved some of the goals (fence aggression, unfortunately through aversive measures that damaged my relationship with my dog - thankfully not irreversibly). Other problem areas were unchanged - specifically leash reactivity. Ultimately, I just gave up on training (because extending packages is $$$) On the other hand, I was a happy boarding client at the two older locations (Duluth and Roswell). Then, when they moved to Smyrna, I was told that all boarding practices would be the same. Instead, I was told *at drop off* that my dogs would be kept separately (instead of in a shared room, like before) even though they’re extremely bonded senior dogs. It was too late to make other arrangements as I was leaving the country the same day. It was an awful situation to be put in. I asked if at least two of my three dogs could share a space but no. At pick up, one of them had rubbed his nose raw (probably because of separation anxiety) and was completely shut down for days. The next time I called to arrange boarding (because I had no other choices and was desperate and stupidly loyal), I was told the price went up. From $50/per dog (no discount for multiples) to $100/per dog. If nothing else, they could’ve at least sent an email to their regular clients about the increase. That’s what any professional business would do.

When we adopted our 3rd rescue, I was concerned about my pack accepting her, especially because one of them didn’t seem to like other dogs much. With Tenasity’s training and our in between session work; we got all 3 dogs spending all day together, swimming, playing and most importantly LISTENING! My older 2 have never been better at following verbal commands and the puppy developed a unique respect for each of the others so that they could be one big happy pack!

Worth. Every. Penny. We added a nine week old puppy to our family and to say she was wild is an understatement. As her trainer said, she is loving life. However it was daunting for us because she was jumping and biting all of us, especially my son, wasn’t grasping the no command, and just all over the place. Even though I’m aware of puppy training techniques like in home leash training, crate training, and so on. Andrew would talk to me for as long as I needed on our calls to walk me through their training program and what to expect. So we signed her up. You MUST do the follow up training after your dog’s program. It helped train US on what to do when you take your pup back home. We’ve had our first follow up and the change so far has been outstanding. It still takes work and diligence on our part, but we are now moving in the right direction. We couldn’t be more excited about our future together at this point. When our pup gets a little older I’m going to consider sending her back for agility training because it’s obvious to me she loves agility work. Thank you Tenasity for giving us this gift! It was worth every penny!!
