Texas K9 Rehab

John is hands down the best dog trainer we have ever had. He’s at a whole other level of excellence. My husband and I have rescued dogs for years but had the first really big challenge with our dog Blaine when we rescued him a year ago. Blaine was 2 when we got him and had little socialization. He became very territorial and protective of us overtime to the point of becoming aggressive. John traveled to help us train. He walked with us and gave us the right tools. The difference in just 3 days is nothing short of astounding. My husband and I now have confidence, fast results and an optimistic outlook on our continued training. We highly recommend John.

Love Casanova Lily is my 8 month old female, charcoal lab. She is my 4th lab and absolutely the most difficult one that I have owned. I’ve had dogs for over 30 years and I really needed help with this one. She was my little gremlin. She was just over the top on all behaviors in a bad way. Texas K9 Rehab was able to work wonders with her. She stayed with John for 3+ weeks and came home a completely different dog. For the first time, I could interact with her in a positive manner because she was acting like a normal dog. I was able to see her for what a sweet dog she is. The erratic behavior was gone - no more jumping, biting, barking, or going after the food bowl like a maniac at feeding time. She’s manageable and much easier to train now. She’s on target with all the basic obedience commands and a few advanced ones. I’ve even been able to work on a few tricks with her. Having the 3 additional at home sessions after the board & train is invaluable. John was able to show me how to interact with her differently than I’ve done in the past. It’s also has helped me with my other two labs. I am very thankful to have found Texas K9 Rehab. I was at the end of my rope and wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I wasn’t seeing a good solution to these problems. My household is calm and peaceful once again.
