Jessi is a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about educating us dog parents with relevant feedback and advice. Everything I know about working with my dog, I owe to this team. Jessi teaches by example, showing clients how to build a meaningful relationship with their dog through communication and trust. She taught me how to make training fun for both me and my 2 year old GSD/APBT dog, Luna. I found the most value starting Luna’s training with a three week board and train with That Dog Trainer. I needed help building Luna’s confidence and working through reactivity and leash manners. I loved receiving pictures and video updates along the way, so I could see what they were working on and understand the training process. They took Luna on adventures to stores, parks, playgrounds, etc. where she learned real life training experience. Luna was safe, incredibly well taken care of, and treated like one of their own. I was speechless when I picked up Luna after the board and train, as she was so happy, more confident than ever before, and was truly transformed!
