The Ace Dog Trainer

Debra is amazing and we are so grateful for her guidance and help with our JRT that developed some aggression behavior towards our other dog during a stifle injury that required TPLO surgery. Debra taught me so much and really made me realize that the behavior issues with my dog were there along and that there was so much I could have done as an owner many years ago…..but the good thing is I can still do them now. Really life changing information and Debra is so good at explaining techniques and teaching us and her passion and love for dogs is so evident and real. My dog did great with Debra in the training sessions. We are now taking all of that info and training home with us….and will continue to implement the training with further guidance from Debra whenever we may need it.

Birdy is our cute little Jack Russell terrorizer! Deb is the lady who helped us give Birdy the great foundation training that has led us to have the best pup in the world! If you aren’t familiar with the breed, Jack Russell’s are very strong willed active dogs. We are so lucky to have found Deb. She was patient and kind but effective. Birdy has excellent recall and manners. Even when I had an issue with Birdy a year after our training sessions, I reached out to Deb snd she kindly helped me solve the issue in less than an hour. We highly recommend her!

Deb is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and not only helps to train the dog, but to educate the handler. I say that I am the one that needs trained not my dog and Deb showed me where I need to be educated and work to improve my skills. I went there to teach my dog to walk on a leash and she gave me all the right pointers needed. I went on a trip and took my dog to Helen GA and she was resistant for a second but with the guidance and training she took off and was a great walker. Thank you to Deb, I can walk my dog with confidence knowing that the training was put to great use!

I can’t say enough good things about Ace Dog Boarding! We left our Dalmatian, Zorro, and our mini Dachshund, Kato, for 6 days and they had the time of their lives. The staff truly made it feel like a vacation for them instead of just boarding. They got two full days of pond time in the artificial pond, splashing, swimming, and playing—it was their absolute favorite part! Every single day we got photo updates that showed them happy, safe, and having fun, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. The team was also quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience stress-free for us as owners. When we picked them up, they were not only happy and relaxed, but also freshly bathed and sporting the cutest little bandanas. That extra touch really showed how much care and attention Ace puts into every detail. It’s hard to find a place where you feel 100% confident leaving your pets, but Ace Dog Boarding absolutely earned our trust. Zorro and Kato will definitely be back, and I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants their pups treated like family while they’re away.
