My Dog absolutely loves going & this great place has the BEST for boarding & grooming. I have tried a few other places to save money but nothing compares to the Great Owners & Staff!

Cat boarding on special request. Personalized Training programs to meet your specific needs. We sell the excellent Life's Abundance dog food, and frozen raw food made locally. Open holidays. Desiree, Chase, Marc and the team took such great care of my puppy. He stayed at the "Inn" for four days and made lots of new friends. I highly recommend the Barrie Inn and will definitely take Duke Ellington there again.

Called to make an appointment for my dog. At first seemed nice. Then when they told me they don’t have anything available. I asked if they can give her a bath? They told me Friday at 10am. The women on the phone asked me for her name. As I gave her my dogs name I mentioned “ she’s been there before”. When she looked up my dogs name she started interrogating me why I haven’t been there over a year. She seemed so mad that I wasn’t there overly a year and told me ya I’m sorry we don’t have anything available. What changed? You had no idea who I was and was able to give me a time and day when she can come. To then tell me there is no availability. She was yelling at me and being rude. After the response I have just gotten that they are not available for another 3-6weeks. I have been told that if I bring my dog in next week she can be seen. I have brought a lot of business to this place for many years. It’s hard to have a conversation with someone yelling at you. I have been to many dog places. And this one I know I won’t be coming back anymore. I tried to be calm. And asked her why she is doing this? And she said bye and hung up. I have been there before with many dogs. If that is how you treat a paying customer then it’s fine I won’t come anymore. Just disgusting how you treat people over the phone.
