We went on vacation and of course, had to find a place that would take my mother’s dogs. These are 2, large dogs that are not well trained. I know that she was stressed about having anyone take them since they are both rescues from traumatic situations and both had problematic behaviors. My mother was at ease right away when she met Abby, the woman that was caring for them. She was so amazing and kind. She sent updates and pictures everyday and trained them as well. Abby, took great care of the emotional wellbeing of the dogs and in the end, she could have charged so much more. This is the poshest, and most exceptional care we could have imagined. We could not have asked for a better trainer/caregiver. It goes to show that Better Companion, cares about your pets. Their thoughtful consideration when hiring is apparent. We will certainly be a customer anytime we can. You may be surprised by the amount of services they have to offer and if you ever get a chance to talk to Amanda on the phone, she is knowledgeable, super helpful and the coolest.

Better companion was a great time. They do a great play time that I highly recommend. Also Abi thought me some new training techniques to help keep my German Shepherd interested. I spent some time has a Dog Handler in the army, and to get new ideas on training was Fantastic! My shepherd also got groomed there by Nakia and she did an amazing job. Loved his go home tie! Blow out, nails, and smelling so fresh. All and all they are doing some great things for the dogs and owners.

Betco has been a huge help with both our rambunctious new puppy and our older hound. None of the info I was finding online was helping with the puppy in his land shark stage but Abi has given me individualized guidance that’s been a game changer. We love both day training and group classes for him. Our hound was really sad after losing his brother. The nose work class has brought him, and us, so much joy. We’re very grateful!
