We are so happy with Kiki's experience at The Big Giant Paw. From day one, we felt she was in excellent hands and received incredible care. I loved that during her training, they sent us daily videos, not only of the workouts but also of the games and activities Kiki enjoyed throughout the day. We also received a daily report of what she was eating, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to know how she was doing at all times. Something we greatly appreciated was the follow-up after the training ended. The team came to our home to check on Kiki and reinforce everything she had learned, which truly demonstrates their commitment to each dog and their family. We are so grateful for the love, dedication, and professionalism with which they treated Kiki. We wholeheartedly recommend The Big Giant Paw to any family looking for quality training and, above all, a place where their pet is treated with love and care. 🐾❤️ Thank you for everything you did for Kiki!
I highly recommend Gaby and her team. I'm very happy with the results my dog Minnie has achieved with her training. Excellent work and very affectionate with the little furry friends. The Big Giant Paw- Gaby Lugo and her team were amazing with my dog' needs. My family and I were having a hard time teaching and keeping structure with our dog Sophie, and a friend recommended Gaby so I gave her a call. She came to the house and conducted an assessment and that's were our life got a change. She kept Sophie for 30 days and returned it to us with an incredible change in her behavior. Sophie is definitely having a better life at home with us and is no longer confused with her commands. Gaby stayed almos 3 hours at our house the day she brought Sophie back and taught us everything she has been working with her for us to continue her training. Having a dog is a big responsibility and the whole family should play a role in their training to truly enjoy their company. Call Gaby Lugo for you to have a great companion at home!!!!!
