We cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care Briana and Joseph provided to our pup, Cali. From the moment we dropped her off, we knew she was in great hands. They sent us a bunch of videos throughout the boarding which reassured us Cali was in a safe and loving environment. Their dedication to the well-being of our pup was evident in every interaction. We were impressed by their professionalism, communication, and genuine love for dogs. Cali can't wait for her next visit, and neither can we! I brought my staffy Roxy to Joe and Bri because we were really struggling with Roxy always jumping from excitement on every one and running out the front door. I’m more than happy with the results, they use positive reinforcement. It’s not an exaggeration to say it’s made our life easier. And the best part is Roxy absolute loves being there, she didn’t just learn, she had a great time doing it. We loved getting updates and pictures. I have personally seen Joe and Bri's interactions with their many dogs and am amazed at how they both have gotten those dogs to sit and listen patiently without any yelling or screaming, but a simple hand stop motion or word. Their 5 dogs all have their own spots to sit and wait for dinner and they know where they should be. Then the simple command "Go" gets them to go to their given bowl they were trained at to eat. Or to sit by door and wait to be let outdoors one at a time. All this and speaking German to their service dog says how well these two know how to train dogs to commands, all in a non-hostile training way, but with love and understanding of dogs. These two are great and I would recommend them 110%.
