We recently moved to St Paul and our small dog barks excessively when we leave. Have tried calming chews and today Gabapentin. We stayed away for 30 min and she was barking when we got back.

I have 2 six month old lab puppies. How do I get them to sleep through the night. They have their own create. when one wakes up it wakes the other one up. I have tried having them in different room but that didnt work either. HELP!

I am currently working with Coach Nick 1:1 at home and also in the Level 1 class. I have a big, very exuberant 6 month old Lab puppy with some challenging behaviors (jumping, biting and general inability to control his impulses). Coach Nick has been very helpful and has given suggestions and demonstrations on curbing these unwanted behaviors. He has a kind and calm demeanor which works well with my dog’s personality. The group setting has been set up to ensure all of the dogs are successful in class. Nick brings a wealth of information, a great sense of humor, and common sense to his training. I highly recommend Nick and Canine Coach and will continue to work with them.

We did the in home training session with Nick. He was awesome! We learned a lot on dog behavior and techniques for our dog. He really knows what he is doing. We both felt very comfortable with him in our home. Nick is very personable and made the learning easy for us. He is a natural! We will be scheduling more lessons with Nick.

He was so professional, kind and informative. Our Freddy is 4.5 years old and has issues with resource guarding and is highly reactive. We were giving clear demonstrations and guidelines on how to best change the unwanted behaviors and how to support Freddy with his big emotions. I would highly recommend Coach Nick and plan to continue with follow up sessions with him.

It is such a relief to have a fun, enriching and safe place for a dog like ours who struggles with anxiety and who is not always good with other dogs. The care is so personalized for his needs and we couldn't be happier!
