The Champion Farm

I had an in-home session with Edgar today. Edgar is a great teacher in that he gives you insights into how the dog thinks. He also instructs the owner how to handle their fur baby in a positive manner in order to reach compliance. After today's session, I feel empowered so that I can interact with my fur family in a positive, safe manner. I would recommend The Champion Farm in-home training sessions for anyone needing help with your fur baby!!!!!

Edgar and Taylor were phenomenal from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, and they even adjusted our appointment to ensure the best possible training experience due to weather. Edgar took the time to understand our concerns with our rescue pup, Ruger, explain the training process, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. What amazed us most was how quickly we saw results and how clearly he taught us what we needed to do to stay consistent at home. It’s obvious that Edgar and Taylor truly care about helping dogs and their owners succeed. The value they provide is incredible, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. If your dog needs a little guidance (or you both do) you can’t afford not to have them on your team!

Within an hour this big ole foster boy was sitting and hanging out with another pup. Edgar was incredible in his direction and demonstrations. We discussed corrections, application of pressure when on leash, and positive reinforcements. Such a quick and fantastic turn around for my current foster. You must continue with training to see a difference long term but Edgar most definitely sets you up for success!
