FirstBarkJust hang up on me. I called to see about in home training. To say this person was unhelpful is the understatement of the year. It's kinda of scary to be in your position and be this unprofessional and rude. I would stay far away from anyone in this business with your loved furry friend.

Had an appointment for 10:45 to get my dog groomed. When I arrived the sign on the door said “closed” and it was dark inside. I called to verify my appointment and the woman who answered said, “It’s 10:37, your appointment is 10:45. I had stuff to do. I will be there in time.” I arrived 7 minutes before our appointment, not unreasonably early. Your customer service needs work.
She is absolutely wonderful with our anxious dog. He does so well with her when we bring him in for grooming. And I love the positive reinforcement model of her dog training! Helped a ton with our dogs bad behaviors
Jessica is doing wonders with our new pup and us as owners! Our dog loves her and works well with her training at every session. She is a dog whisperer!
