Kris does fantastic work on humans to teach them how to reach their training goals on furry friends!! Her insight and patience is nothing short of amazing!!
My dog was shut down and traumatized from the neglect he had suffered in his previous life. I needed to find a way to help him heal, and the Clever Canine came highly recommended by my vet. Kris has helped us to completely transform our 1 year old German Shepherd into a wonderful, well-mannered companion. In class, she focuses each session on how to mold our particular dog’s sensitivities and needs to obtain the desired behavior. She created a training program to focus on specific needs—from chain behaviors to being well on our way to off-leash obedience. We highly recommend Kris to anyone who is looking for guidance in training their pups!

The Clever Canine's training me first and then Maggie were superior. I became a first time dog Mom at 46 years old. I had no CLUE what I was doing and many people were trying to give me advice. I was also living in a residence hall of 500 undergraduates as their faculty in-residence. The Clever Canine came in and and from day one assisted me in teaching Maggie and I how to work together to achieve the behaviors I wanted to see in my dog. I have taken both private and group training' that were offered and both were exceptional. The Clever Canine truly cares about the dogs they train as well as the success of their owner's. Their work with Maggie and myself is still evident to me today. I just drove cross country with Maggie and I applied techniques taught me into the preparation plans and the travel itself. We had a successful trip and I give The Clever Canine's knowledge and their ability to teach me credit for the success of our trip. IF YOU WANT THE BEST LOOK NO FURTHER!
