The Complete Canine

Maddie is amazing. We have a 2 year old Lab that was severely abused and neglected. Hes a delicate one. Wary of strangers. When Maddie went to leave after dropping him off from his board and train he followed her! That told me everything about how our boy was treated in her care. He is my elderly grandmother's dog and went for basic and some behaviors issue. Not only was Maddie incredibly informative with what was going on while he was in her care, when she dropped him off she taught my grandparents what to do and how to keep him in line with his training! Can't thank her enough! Worth every penny for the training and the peace of mind that he was safe and loved in her care ❤️

Rebecca Davis worked with our dog while he was boarded at Central Pet for his first time. She was amazing! We weren't planning on hiring a trainer, but did so after watching her work with another dog around the lobby. She was very patient and calm, and she uses positive reinforcement. Rebecca was very flexible and communicative throughout our interaction. We explained our dog's background in the shelter before we adopted him, because our dog is very anxious and has an extremely hard time in new places. We've worked with the wonderful trainers at PACC (Top Dog, who works with people who adopt from PACC), so I was able to show Rebecca some videos of our dog's training. Rebecca was fantastic about accommodating and gauging our dog's comfort level. She gave us great descriptions of how she started working with him to establish his comfort levels, and she even brought him chicken for extra motivation. We were really happy to hear that our dog could have some personalized time with a trained expert and work on his confidence during such a stressful time for him. Our dog stayed at Rental Pet for 4 days, and his transition back home was super smooth! He wasn't extra clingy or anxious, and I really believe that Rebeca's work with him helped him adapt better in that way. We are planning to work with Rebecca again in the future.
