Highly recommend Jimmy for all training needs! We took our 1 year old Bernese mountain dog for one on one training sessions specifically for walking/pulling and after all training sessions Hank is a completely different dog on walks. Jimmy doesn’t just train your dog but he also takes time to train you on how to handle your dog in different scenarios so you can actually apply what you learned in your daily life. Hank is now the goodest boy on all his walks thanks to Jimmy!!!

Highly recommend Jimmy at Crafty Pup! My 4 month old Labrador puppy Oakley had no interest in walking. He is a very energetic pup and walking him was a must - you can only throw balls so long. We signed Oakley up for the 3 week Day Training where he trained with Jimmy Monday - Friday for 3 weeks. It was amazing how quickly Oakley learned heel, sit, stay, down, bed and come. Soon we were taking regular walks with Oakley and the play time with him was much calmer and enjoyable. Jimmy also trained Oakley on the e-collar which has been a game changer since we can take Oakley to parks and confidently throw balls to him and know he will come the first time he is asked. Throughout the experience Jimmy sent pictures, videos and notes explaining what he was teaching Oakley. And most importantly, Jimmy patiently trained me on what Oakley had learned and how to incorporate the training into everyday life! Jimmy truly cares about dogs, is very knowledgeable and his professional training has made life with our puppy, Oakley so much more enjoyable. I can't tell you how many people have gone out of their way to complement us on how well trained our puppy is. I would highly recommend Jimmy for any of his training programs.

When my Cavalier King Charles was about 4 months old, I told my daughter who lives in Minnesota that I needed to look for a trainer. She researched it and said to call the Crafty Pup. I contacted Jimmy and set up an initial appointment. We then scheduled training for when Teddy was 6 months old. Teddy seemed so happy to learn and almost jumped out of the car when he saw Jimmy. Teddy has learned so much and I have also learned so much. Jimmy provided videos for me to see what Teddy was learning and that helped me practice at home. The difference in his behavior has been amazing. I now love walking him. He no longer chases every leaf, every squirrel, or pulls towards other dogs. Jimmy also spent time with me so that I could learn how to handle him. I would highly recommend Jimmy for anyone who would like a well-trained dog and anyone who wants to learn to be a well-trained owner.
