Leash reactivity, barking, lunging, and overstimulation on walks can be incredibly stressful, especially when it starts affecting everyday life and confidence going out in public.<br><br>One of my biggest goals with training is helping dogs feel calmer, more confident, and more emotionally balanced, not just obedient. Nova worked hard learning how to relax, communicate better, and make better choices around dogs, people, and distractions.<br><br>Seeing dogs go from overwhelmed and reactive to calmer and more enjoyable on walks is one of the best parts of what I do. The biggest thing now is exactly what you said, consistency and continuing to build on the foundation she started here. Training isn’t about perfection overnight, it’s about creating better habits, clearer communication, and helping dogs make better choices more naturally over time.<br><br>I know puppy life can feel exhausting when the jumping, biting, and counter surfing start taking over the house, so hearing that she’s becoming more enjoyable and easier to live with means a lot to me.
