The Daily Dog

At the recommendation of a neighbor, I called Donna for some help with my miniature pinscher, Ritz. Ritz is a high energy and highly reactive little guy. Walks were a challenge for us as Ritz would constantly pull on the leash and react to almost every dog we encountered. While at home, Ritz was doing ok (or so I thought!) except for the front window. Every time someone walked by, especially with a dog, he would go crazy, barking, jumping and just trying to get at whoever was going by. I thought for the most part except these two issues I had a pretty good handle on my rather challenging dog. I was in for a surprise at our first consultation. Donna was able to walk in and see how I “handled” Ritz and it was clear to her without me saying anything, Ritz was running the show! After just a couple more sessions with Donna, Ritz was doing much better walking on the leash and a neighbor that hadn’t seen us since the previous summer wondered if I had the same dog. We continue to work on all the lessons we have learned from Donna and just yesterday we went for a walk with Donna and Ritz was able to calmly walk down the beach with 5 Doberman Pinschers without reacting at all!! That would have never happened before. Our walks are much more enjoyable and things have definitely improved inside since our training with Donna. I would highly recommend Donna and the Daily Dog for quality training! I would trust her with my dog for any training, walking or boarding needs.

From training to boarding, you can't go wrong with Donna! She is very kind, professional, punctual, and knows all the ins and outs of a dog's behavior. We've never had a question about our dog that she can't answer, and she is the only person we trust leaving our baby Ruby with for any amount of time. We would highly recommend Donna and the Daily Dog to anyone who wants a superior trainer/boarder that is personable, down to earth, and goes above and beyond all expectations!
