Good Afternoon, Maria. We are truly sorry you feel this way. Prior to your arrival and scheduling, you had came for a tour of our facility and we showed you our kennel, the training areas, and outside pens for dog's to run and play. You scheduled your dog that same day after your tour. We also worked with your schedule to fit your needs as well as answered any of your questions or concerns. Upon arrival to your scheduled date, We gave you another tour and showed you around, We again answered any questions or concerns you had, As you did seem concerned so we gave you the option to back out if you wanted, you declined. So, we weighed your dog in front of you and continued to weigh him 3 times per week, while he was with us. If we noticed any weight loss, you would have been contacted right away. We fed him the dog food that supplied to us and fed him multiple times per day throughout the course of his training as training dogs eat twice as much food than at home due to all the exercise, Our records show he did not lose any weight during his stay. We kept a good eye on his genitals during his stay since you mentioned they get sensitive and applied the cream you supplied us with in the event they did get irritated. Once we noticed they did get irritated you were notified right away. You had called many times to check in on your dog during his stay and each time we assured you he was doing great, if we ever had any issues we would have notified you right away. We had zero issues regarding any aggression during the course of his stay; again you would have been notified right away. After his training was completed, we worked with you and your husband and went over your dog's training. You signed our contract, that you were completely satisfied and that we could use you as a reference and even allowed us to take your picture for our website. We called the following day to check in on how everything was going and at that time you said everything was going great and we reminded you that if you had any problems pertaining to the training to please give us a call. about a week later, You called and said your dog was becoming aggressive and although we state in our contract that we can never guarantee that your dog or any dog won't become aggressive, (whether trained by us or anyone else). We still offered to work with you again. When you called, we offered to have you come back, so that we could work with you and Rocco to help with any problems that you might be having with the training, but you declined.
