The Disciplined Dog

Richard is the best trainer in Lubbock. We brought our German Shepherd to him, thinking that she was just untrainable. However, in just 3 sessions, Richard showed us that she was just confused and needed us to communicate with her. From pulling on walks, being reactive with other dogs, and having severe anxiety to sitting in place for long periods of time and heel walking for 3 miles. She is a completely different dog who we can now take places without fear of her acting crazy.

I was hesitant at first because my babies didn’t really like people or other dogs. And on the first visit all my babies did were bark and growl the whole time for an hour and a half. He gave us some pointers and sent us home with homework. Within a few days we noticed a huge difference. When we went a week later my dogs were giving Richards kisses. It was AMAZING. I never thought that would happen being that my mom isn’t allowed in my house without me putting them up. On the 2nd visit Richard was able to handle them and show us how to work with them not pulling on the leash and even work with his dogs. Showed us some more pointers and again sent us home with homework. Again I was amazed and was really starting to see how much my dogs were changing and saw and felt that they were happier. We didn’t really have to go back for a 3rd visit but we did. Needless to say it was a bitter sweet thing saying goodbye and thank you. He has changed our lives for the better. Thank you Richard we are fur ever grateful

Couldn’t have asked for anything more from Richard, he was very informative from the beginning and asked what problems we were having so he could fix those directly. Our German Shepard was pulling on leash, stubborn and would not listen, after the first visit he was no longer pulling and immediately started to improve with the techniques that we learned from Richard. Now going on almost a month since the first visit and we have a completely new dog. 10/10 best dog trainer in Lubbock and highly recommend him.
