Dominik was instrumental in our dog's transition into our home. Before we contacted him, our dog - Collette (a border collie/Australian shepherd mix) - was very fearful. She was afraid of leaving our apartment unit to go outside and also quite afraid of me. When Dominik came over for the consultation, he immediately recognized her behaviors and understood how to best approach them. We did six sessions with Dominik. His approach to training provided us with the right kind of guidance to give Collette the structure she needed. His teaching style is sensible, firm and kind. He was also responsive between sessions if we had any questions or concerns about Collette. My girlfriend and I noticed positive changes in Collette's behavior quite quickly as we were doing the sessions. We made sure that anything we learned from Dominick we reinforced regularly in the interim. By the time we reached the sixth session, Collette became a much more confident and happy dog :)

We had four sessions with Dominik to help with our boxador Zeke's leash behavior. Within minutes of meeting Dominik and a few instructions, we saw an immediate shift in his behavior and responses. Zeke loved him too! During our sessions, Dominik was kind, clear, and incredibly helpful. He trained us as much as he trained the dog. He helped us understand why a dog responds to certain reactions. After our sessions, I felt like my dog trusted me more. Now, we all feel more confident on our walks. We also worked on other skills with Dominik like recall at the park and setting up a "place" in our home so our pup has a safe space. My husband and I would highly recommend Dominik to anyone looking to improve their dog's behavior.
