The Dog House

When I took my dog there he said they take them at 6 months, she was five months and six weeks old and he said that was ok .they keep her for seven weeks ,she lost weight and she was worser when we got her back .Had a sore on her leg that he said would pay it since it happened there sent invoice haven't seen anything, they don't return calls and I was just deleted off of there face book page They guarantee there work so to me they lied and took my money

Great facility but needs to work on scheduling and confirming with customer. I highly suggest confirmation text/email day before and day of. Talked with one lady for several minutes going back and forth saying she was the only one there and didn’t schedule a board yesterday, even though showed proof of phone call, turns out booked for next weekend instead. Take it as a lesson learned for confirmation.

Talk to the owner Allen he was super friendly and met him when I picked up my dogs very nice. The place is very nice and clean. My only complaint was the lady working there was very rude to me when I picked up my dogs. She called my dog crazy and told me that dog is crazy. My dog was a rescue who had been abused and she admitted she came at her fast and Daisy but her because she was scared. I told her before I dropped her off that you could not do that. Daisy had never bit anyone. The lady needs some customer service skills badly. I hate to see this ruin the business because the owners are super sweet. But all that aside I would use them again. Great place!
