One of the most valuable lessons Brandy has learned is how to greet people without bolting out the front door. Tom has a wonderful approach to training that is both effective and compassionate. Tom has a quiet, yet unmistakably, assertive and confident personality, just the right combination to gain your dog’s trust and respect and get the job well done. My dog, Enso, took to him from day one, and responded well to his 10 day board and train. Tom kept me informed of Enso’s rough start and his progress throughout. Enso improved leaps and bounds during his stay and was much more manageable and submissive when he came home.
