The Dog Thinks What? LLC

Beginning of August my husband and I were talking about training for our (1 year old) bloodhound and (5 year old) English bulldog. He just happened to google “dog training near me” and Carrie popped up. That was the best thing he ever Googled. It led us to a woman who KNOWS what she’s doing. She’s so passionate about her job that you can see it when she’s with your dog. She actually listens and understands what your dog needs. She’s kind and so extremely patient. If you have questions or concerns - she doesn’t make you feel stupid for wondering anything. It’s now the beginning of November and we have two VERY well trained dogs. Carrie trained our bloodhound, Rhett, first. When he came back he was a different dog. I mean 100% listened. Before he just did his own thing. A week later she took Bella into her home to board and train her. Bella came home tonight and she’s BEYOND what I was expecting. Bella has been in our lives since she was 7 weeks old - so seeing this transformation completely mind boggled me! She listened to every command, she wasn’t just being stubborn. She actually paid attention! I can’t wait to see what the future holds. But I know for a FACT - I’ll take any of my dogs to Carrie! She’s the best!

What an awesome trainer!! Carrie is absolutely amazing. My pup, Beau, was about 8 months when she trained him. She kept me abreast with his training with videos and text messages that created some happy tears. A year later, Beau is still on point with his obedience training. I would (hands down) HIGHLY recommend her dog training services to anyone who wants to see results with their 4-legged baby. I would give her 10-stars but I’m limited to giving her only five.

My bratty 3 yr old pitbull (Anabel) spent 14 days in Carrie's home as a board & train. From the moment that I met Carrie I was completely at ease and trusted that she would take good care of Anabel. Needless to say, she did not disappoint. During the board & train I was getting daily communication on Anabel's progress as well as her general mood. Carrie sent me daily texts, pics & even videos. The before & after video she made was crazy amazing! Anabel came home with her same goofy personality, but now she was OBEDIENT! Carrie is an absolute wealth of knowledge on dog behaviors, their thought processes & how the human pack leader can use this information to have happy & healthy dogs. Highly recommended!

I had problems with my German Shepherd and blue heeler walking on leashes. Also them barging through a door when I let them outside. Carrie came in and within 10 minutes they knew that I had to go through the door first before they were allowed to go outside. It was amazing to see how quick the corrected behavior took. We moved on to walking with a leash. She pointed to switching to a different kind of leash. Something with more control(and not the kind that hurts a dogs neck). We walked the block and by the end with some simple reactions to the dogs reactions of everything around again amazed by how quick and simple with the results I needed. If you are searching for simple and honest trainer who cares about your pet as much as you, Carrie is definitely the one you need. She will produce the results that you need to make life easier and safer with your pet.
