I couldn’t be happier with Tom and the progress Lily has made with him! Lily started out extremely scared and unsure, and she definitely takes time to trust new people. Tom has been incredibly patient with her from the very beginning and has never tried to rush her or push her past what she’s comfortable with. It’s been so amazing watching Lily slowly come out of her shell more and more each day. Tom really takes the time to understand her, work at her pace, and make sure she feels safe and comfortable. You can genuinely tell that he cares about the dogs he works with and wants to see them succeed. Seeing Lily gain confidence and become more comfortable has meant so much to me. I’m so grateful for the patience, kindness, and effort Tom has put into working with her, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares about each individual dog!
