About The Dog Wizard
The Dog Wizard is a Charleston dog training company that seeks to make humans' lives easier and dogs' lives better. It's a tragedy how many dogs are discarded into shelters due to behavioral problems that most of the time can easily be fixed. We know that if these dogs had the opportunity to be trained and socialized properly, they would be beautiful additions to the right family. We know all dogs have the potential to be great companions and we want to give every dog the chance to reach that potential. Don't let yourself become a statistic or "put up with" an unruly dog.

Sarah did an amazing job with our 2 golden retrievers at the 2 week board and train! We are very impressed by her knowledge and talent. Our dogs were so excited to see her for a follow up session and we look forward to continuing to practice all of the things they’ve learned!
I spent 3k on the freedom program. My dog was placed for 14 days at the pet mahal in North Charleston. He got kennel cough and pneumonia. I spent 3k on the freedom program. My dog was placed for 14 days at the pet mahal in North Charleston. He got kennel cough and pneumonia. I spent 6 days at icu and another 6.5k, they never followed up after I texted he was sick. I never received a 30 day follow up as I was told I would get another in home training and access to a weekly catch up if I wanted to continue training. I was super disappointed as I was a returning client . I had two golden retrievers go through the puppy program with Noelle several years ago and thoroughly enjoyed my last experiences. I would research other options first.

sarah was AMAZING! my 10-month old golden retriever puppy became too strong for his own good and made walking him awful. he pulled so hard it made it hard for me to walk him. i did 5 at-home training sessions with sarah and he is a completely different dog on the leash now. 2 sessions in i was feeling hopeless and likr moose was untrainable, i texted sarah and she super encouraging and helpful. she was also very flexible with scheduling the sessions. moose also used to jump on the counters every chance he got and sarah suggested a water bottle trick, he no long jumps on counters or people when they come to the door! i can’t recommend her enough!

Sarah was fabulous! She was flexible, reliable, and so very knowledgeable about the various specific options for behavior training for our dog. We looked forward to our weekly sessions, and she trained us as much as (or more than?) our dog in the ways of canine thinking and strategy, which did wonders for my confidence and perspective on our puppy. She was incredibly positive, patient, and supportive of even the smallest progress we made week to week. I wish I could have private lessons with her in perpetuity! Please book her you will not regret it.
