At The Dog Wizard Ashland, we help dogs and their owners create real, lasting change. As Ashland, Kentucky’s trusted balanced training program, we work with puppies, adult dogs, and multi-dog households through customized private lessons, structured day training, immersive Board & Train programs, and weekly graduate support classes. We had a very enjoyable experience at The Dog Wizard (Ashland) this past summer. Sara and Hannah were both remarkably easy to work with, very knowledgeable and communicated well with us throughout our board and train time. We knew our pup was in great hands the entire time. He’s improved so much since we started. Even after completing our program, they’ve remained true to the lifetime commitment and have been so good to us and our boy. Hannah made a a home visit to help us on some in home adjustments- she was insightful, respectful and overall supportive and friendly. 10/10 recommended if considering committing.

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Wizard, especially trainers, Sara and Hannah! They’ve done an amazing job with my Zeus (and me-LOL), and the progress has been incredible. They are patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s answering questions, giving tips, or providing encouragement, they truly care about both the dogs and their Humans. I feel so supported every step of the way, and Zeus is happier and has gained so much more confidence. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dedicated and professional trainers!
We love what the Dog Wizard has done for our Mackey! Amanda did a wonderful job training him during his 2 week Jump Start and Sara is a great trainer who is taking care of us at the Support Classes.
