The Dog Wizard Cincinnati

My 8-month old puppy, Teddy, completed the 21-day board and train program at Dog Wizard with David, and it has truly been life changing for us! Before the training, Teddy struggled with typical puppy issues like jumping, nipping, pulling during walks, and overall impulse control; he is also a power chewer! After training, our struggles with these issues have improved ten fold because of Teddy's time in the program. He is more attentive, calm, and most of all, able to respond to commands. I truly feel like we have a way to communicate that has led to a calmer, happier home for all of us! Our trainer David was patient, kind, and clearly cared so much about Teddy's individual progress. He kindly answered all of our questions and shared so much wisdom that I will continue to return to throughout my time raising Teddy! The video updates he provided were also so appreciated and fun to review; it felt like I got to be a part of Teddy's journey every step of the way. I'm already looking forward to our tune-up sessions and can't recommend this program enough. Thank you, David and Dog Wizard!

I am very happy with our experience at Dog Wizard. My dog Casper was extremely anxious and wasn’t crate trained. He was destroying the house while I was at work. I enrolled Casper in the two week board and train program. David has been the best. He worked on obedience, and crate training. David is a patient and knowledgeable trainer. Casper is much calmer and responsive to commands. He goes into his crate willingly. Thank you David for your help!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Kayla during Lydia’s 2-week board and train program! Kayla worked with Lydia on building confidence, puppy obedience, socialization, and so many important foundational skills. Since coming home, Lydia has been so much more responsive, well-mannered, and truly a pleasure to have around. We can tell how much time, patience, and care Kayla put into working with her. Our whole family was beyond excited to have Lydia back home after the two weeks away, and we were so happy to see the positive changes in her behavior and confidence. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Lydia was in such good hands. We would absolutely trust Kayla to work with Lydia again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and effective dog trainer!
