I see many photos but I don't see all dogs types ? My dog has traits of the notorious "bully breed". I hate that word and what the world has come to...I hate having to ask this question. Do you have a problem with "bully breeds"? Can they attend ?

They train all breeds - and are good at this. I turned to TDW after Obedience Class really didn’t help us with the issues I a 2 year old large rescue dog. Our trainer, Kat Karkish, helped us with Jacks behavior, the walk, and anxiety with strangers from Day 1. They teach us as well as our dog!

We loved Puppy class at The Dog Wizard. It’s something we looked forward to every week. Our pup was shy at first, but by the second visit, she was socializing well, running, and playing with other pups. It’s a safe place for puppies to work out being around each other, and also for pet parents to ask questions and get tips on some common puppy behavior. Mostly free play with some on-leash work. James, our trainer, was amazing. He made sure anyone with questions got personal answers and demonstrations. I would recommend it to any new dog owner regardless of their experience with dogs. Bonus, she was exhausted by the end of the hour and would sleep for the rest of the day!

Sam did a fantastic job with my very energetic six-month old Shepard mix. He understands the "psychology" behind dog behavior and has an instant calming affect and ability to get attention. The training helped me as much as my dog and I sincerely appreciate it!

Our 2 year old pitbull mix, Erwin, was having some reactivity issues where he would bark at all dogs and lunge at them occasionally. We were unable to take him on walks at crowded areas and to dog parks due to his reactivity to other pups. Our trainer, Sam, discussed all the issues with us and made Erwin’s point of view and the cause of the reactivity easy to grasp. Sam was very communicative and gave us a lot of updates throughout the training process with videos of his improvements and notes about their schedule and progress during each week. When we gave goals for the training, they were able to customize the training to meet the goals by taking Erwin to the beltline and other crowded locations to work on our specific concerns. We tried many training services before working with Sam, and they are by far the best dog trainer we have had the pleasure to work with. Sam is a very kind, diligent, and top tier trainer that will take the time to make sure all the goals of the dog parents are met while explaining the reasoning behind their techniques and what works best. Our dog is no longer reactive, barking or lunging and has been doing incredibly well at listening to our commands around other dogs and in crowded spaces thanks to Sam. Our expectations for the program have been exceeded.
