The DogFather – Dog Trainer

Jose was very punctual, sent texts with arrival times, and professional. We spent time our new puppy Vance. Although I have a small amount of training experience I 100% could always use the help of a professional and the DogFather brought his techniques and skill to the table for sure. Normally my puppy is a little stubborn, but with Jose it only took 5-10 mins for Vance to figure out who was in charge. I credit that to Jose’s very relaxed and peaceful demeanor. Honestly I’m glad I saw this because it taught me to be calm when giving commands not anxious or loud. Will definitely give him I call when I want to train Vance with a little more advance training and have no doubt Jose can handle the job. OH and very rare but he messaged me a few days later to ask how we were doing. Great customer service you can tell he genuinely loves doing what he does. Thanks again !

From the very first call I knew Jose was the right person for the job. I recently moved to Texas, and both my Yorkies with time became aggressive to everything in sight. Inside the home they were amazing with the exception of the nonstop barking at people passing by, as soon as we would step out the door it was nonstop barking and lunging at other dogs/people that walked by. After many failed attempts to correct their behavior, I had no choice than to seek help. Our first encounter did not go as planned, the thing I feared the most happened. As I approached Jose, one of my Yorkies bit him, multiple times. He handled the situation so calmly, within seconds he had controlled of my dog. Let me just say that the dogs I had dropped off are not the same as the dogs I picked up. If you need someone that’s going to treat your dog as their own, this is the place. We had constant communication. He sent videos of my dogs that left me shocked. My dogs were unrecognizable. Now it’s my turn to continue with the trainings, and already on our first walk I see so much improvement. My only regret is not reaching out to him sooner. Trust him and the process and I promise, you won’t regret it.
