I put both of my dogs through The Good Dog Basics class at The Good Dog, and it was a great experience for both of them. The instructors are very passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping owners and their dogs succeed. I always felt comfortable with how well the instructors kept everyone’s dogs under control and maintained a safe, structured environment during class. It gave both of my dogs, one shy and one very energetic, a great opportunity to train around other dogs and distractions in a positive setting. The class was also very affordable for the quality of training provided. I’ve seen a big improvement in both of my dogs and would highly recommend The Good Dog to anyone looking for dog training in the Yorktown area.
We just finished the Basic Obedience class with Ellie May. She was quite a handful at the beginning but is now a pleasure to take out. She is also happier because she knows what’s expected of her. Great training. Thanks!
