The handsome hounds is a perfect place to go for ALL your dog training needs! Andrew is SO knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen to the need of your pets! He teaches your dog to have confidence and be more calm and neutral in any situation. He teaches you about ALL the dog training tools and methods, and works alongside the handler to teach/guide you to the correct skills you need to create confidence in both you and your dog From your average puppy to a working K9 they can do it! I have taken their group socialization classes and go on pack walks and my reactive dog is more neutral ! 10/10 would recommend!!
My pup Lilybelle has anxiety and is easily overstimulated. She used to love playing with other dogs, then became aggressive with other dogs without provocation about 2 years ago. After just a few Socialization classes, she’s already learning how to behave around other dogs, her stimulation level is decreasing with each class, and her confidence is increasing. I can’t thank Handsome Hounds enough!!
Working with Andrew at The Handsome Hounds has been a great experience. I’m being educated so that I can educate my pup. The best part about it is that it works!! I started with some leash training in small increments of time. Now, within days, I have my dog, Mabel, walking 1 mile in the morning and 1 mile in the evening. Very good experience and will continue to learn with The Handsome Hounds!
