2016 - COMPLETELY SATISFIED! I'm writing this review because it is not fair that a single bad review from an impatient customer (especially an anonymous poster) should deter others who would be helped . My rescue dog was nearly euthanized because of bad reactions to other dogs. Turns out she was not aggressive, but only unsocialized and afraid. Britten fixed her and saved her life! Either believe the anonymous poster (who could have other motives) or look me up in the phone book and call. I can't believe the anonymous poster is talking about the same person who trained my dog! I more than received my moneys worth by hiring Britten, who is a qualified behaviorist who uses only humane methods. My dog was never punished, and loved Britten from the first training session. It was also obvious to me that Britten loves all dogs and loved her back.
