The Haus of Dogs

Aisha is the absolute best! Her efforts have saved countless doggo lives while enabling the community to connect with their future furry family members. We adopted a rescue from her a year ago, it was the best experience and we are absolutely enamored with our dog, Bailey. Aisha is kind, communicative and delivered a world class adoption experience. Don’t shop, adopt (from The Haus of Dogs, preferably 😉)

Our journey began after our beautiful hound dog, Tana, had passed. Husband was convinced we shouldn’t adopt again (for a long while) because it was tough losing his best pup. Fast forward to a video of “Brutus” on Haus of Dog’s website. A friend had adopted through them and recommended highly. Long story short, we had a wonderful experience with the entire process. We had a lot of information and, once our pup arrived (saved from a kill shelter in Texas), we met with Aishah Hammock, who helped us with everything! She has the heart, temperament and knowledge to run things. So caring. She even responded to my early concerns about his behavior, but, a couple of months later he settled in and, now? Can’t imagine our lives without him. Oh, he’s Bruno now. Bell of the neighborhood♥️🐶best boy! Supporting a local place that does such a great service for our community feels good. Thank you so much! This place really cares about the animals they rescue. The people seemed to me to b upfront honest people n genuanly care. I picked up my first foster yesterday (Saturday morning) he is lab n great per anise mountain dogs. He is only bout maybe 2 years old. He is suchp a love bug. He seams to think he always has to b touching me. When i drove home Saturday he sat in the back behind me with his paw resting on my shoulder. He will make a family with children n other dogs a great addition. He needs some training still, on the come, sit, stay, back up, move over, move, stay in the back. He just needs more practice on all of the above. Hopefully I will have him long enough to work with him. He doesn't lick u when he gives u kisses. He touches u with his nose on ur nose or cheek then looks at u with his head tilled backwards n with those beautiful big brown eyes says thanks for helping save my life. I would adopt him but he is a lil to big for me for where I live. I got my cheeka dog when she was 8 weeks old n her birthday was on the 22nd of October she would of been turning 14 years old. She was laid to rest on 9/19/2022. That was the hardest thing I have had to do in my life. But I was not going to let her live in pain for my selfishness of wanting to keep her here. So she crossed over the rainbow bridge that day with others heading In to the promise land. R.I.P my girl. Mommy will always love u to the moon n back. I will c her again someday..
