From the start, we believed that a dog is not a home accessory… she's family! That’s why we wanted to be fully prepared and give her the best start possible. We found exactly what we needed at The Hub. By becoming members, we gained access not only to expert training, but also to a supportive and vibrant dog-loving community. Andrea, the head trainer, guided us through setting up our home for Soju…from crate placement to designating training zones. We started learning basic commands early on, and those have become the foundation of how we communicate with Soju today. Her holistic, positive reinforcement approach has truly transformed our experience as dog parents. With our membership, we can attend regular group training sessions with Andrea or any of the highly qualified trainers. But the one-on-one sessions? Absolutely essential, especially in the beginning or when working on specific behaviors. Another huge perk? Supervised playtime with other dogs. Every dog is carefully evaluated and placed in the right group based on energy and temperament, ensuring a safe, friendly, and stimulating environment. It’s also a great chance to connect with other pet parents and share stories, laughs, and tips. We see The Hub as a gym for dogs — a place where pups can grow both physically and mentally through creative, fun, and enriching activities. Soju loves it. When it’s not operating as a daycare, members can even enjoy co-working spaces — with or without their pup by their side. Yes, you can sip a coffee, send emails, and take Zoom calls while your dog relaxes next to you! And now, with their newly opened “Kinderdogten” daycare, The Hub has taken things to the next level. It’s a thoughtfully limited-capacity program where dogs enjoy guided play, basic command reinforcement, and mentally engaging fun — all under the care of an attentive, well-trained staff. I’ve now done an individual training session and two group classes (one focused on reactivity and one just for fun tricks), and I can honestly say The Hub has exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, I could feel how thoughtfully the space was designed for dogs who need a little extra support. The environment, the methods, and the energy of the people here are simply amazing. Everyone is so kind, nonjudgmental, and genuinely invested in helping you and your dog succeed. My young reactive dog was understandably a bit overstimulated during our first visit, but the trainers were patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know us, celebrate our progress, and offer clear, science-based guidance without ever making us feel rushed or inadequate. The group classes have been equally fantastic. It is safe, structured, and positive. Whether we’re practicing reactivity protocols or learning fun new skills, I have always left feeling more connected to my dog and more confident in how to help him thrive. I honestly wish I would have joined sooner. It’s made such a difference for both of us. For context, I have a 3-year-old Jack Russell mix named Molly who has been dealing with reactivity issues and some separation anxiety. I joined The Hub a few months ago, hoping to work on these challenges before leaving her for a month-long trip. We began with private training sessions and gradually transitioned into group classes, which was a huge milestone for us, as Molly had previously struggled to be around other dogs without feeling overwhelmed. Thanks to the incredible support from the team, she was not only able to participate in group classes but also stayed with The Hub team alone with no issues. They even helped strengthen her bond with my mom, who was only visiting for a few weeks, so now I feel much more confident about leaving Molly in good hands. A special shoutout to Mark, who was with us every step of the way during our private sessions. Thank you for your endless patience (and all the sausages!). You made Molly feel safe and happy, and we’re one step closer to our goals because of you. Thank you to Peyton, who always cheers us on and has taught us so many valuable tips and tricks. We can now calmly put on shoes and settle down even when other dogs are around, something I never thought was possible before. And finally, thank you to Andrea and Chris for creating this amazing space, which is not only a gym for dogs but also a school for parents like us, who often struggle to understand our dogs' needs. For putting all the love and passion into what you do, for making us feel welcomed and safe, for both humans and doggies. We first heard about The Hub from a neighbor, and we’ve been members for nearly a year now. Our experience has been nothing but positive! We started with private lessons and supplemented with group classes that focus on different topics. The improvement in our dogs’ behavior has been remarkable—especially with leash pulling. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and loving. They’ve done a great job teaching us how to train our dogs, which has made all the difference. Beyond training, The Hub is also just a great place for dogs to play and socialize in a healthy, fun environment. The hub is one of the best places to teach your dog obedience and so forth. Andrea and Chris are the best. I am so happy that my dog Cooper joined this place. I will 100% recommend bringing your dog here. Cooper will be coming for a very very long time. It’s so much fun for them plus it teaches your dog obedience. I see a big difference in my dog. When people come over, they see the big difference I told them it’s the hub. Great place to bring your dog.
