Reene was knowledgeable and followed through with me about Max’s training she gave me handouts and offered additional information to help me for example she suggested that I purchase the adaptil calm diffuser to help max to relax it diffuses a mother’s milk scent and the minute I plugged it in He sniffed and fell asleep also she told me to fill a Kong with peanut butter and some kibble for him to use on his spot in the family room it worked great he loved it I love the fact Reene is so caring and knowledgeable and plans training specifically for your particular needed she is the best trainer I hired her because 13 year ago she trained my son’s 2 dogs and they were the best behaved dogs ever Max has made tremendous progress and others notice the changes in his actions I would highly recommend Reene
