The K9 Coach

We met Neil through Playtime Pet Resorts in KOP. From the first meeting we could tell that Neil was very passionate and truly enjoyed working with and helping dogs. That has continued through our training sessions. Our dog Whisper was exhausted but remained excited about learning new skills. At no point was she ever afraid and has continued to enjoy the practice sessions using the techniques Neil taught us. We cannot wait to continue learning. Neil treats his clients dogs as if they were his own and we believe he has set up not only Whisper, but also us for continued success.

My dog Kona and I have only met with Neil twice and I already notice a difference in Kona's behavior. Kona shows signs of being scared & also is territorial, so when strangers come into our house she constantly barks at them. Neil had Kona going up to him and sniffing him, letting him pet her by the end of the first session & during the second session she barked at him once then was fine with him, tail wagging. She already seems like a more confident dog and I have hope that this confidence will continue to grow allowing her to feel less scared and territorial. Kona also has a problem of pulling on the leash a lot and during the second session Kona began just following me one simple command and with me not having to pull anymore. I cannot wait to see how she continues to progress. THANK YOU NEIL!!!

We adopted our wonderful Charlie from the Humane society after we lost our previous dog. Charlie was very energetic and seemed to be good with adults and children. His paperwork said he was 4 years old, so I thought he would be a good choice for our family. Charlie was very well behaved in the house but he had problems, especially with aggression toward other dogs and the leash during walks. He did not know commands. I tried two different trainers before I saw Neil training dogs in our park. I was impressed by Neil the moment we met. He's really a dog psychologist! I went from tears to a renewed confidence after the 2nd session. Charlie was a different dog after just two sessions. He is learning new commands and can walk nicely by my side now. We did not start to work with his aggression toward other dogs, I am looking forward to that. I also loved the flexibility of Neil's training as opposed to other programs we looked into. I would recommend her services to everyone who needs a little or a lot of help.
