Mike is a fantastic trainer! He answers all of our questions both inside and outside of our sessions. He has been flexible at times which has made this sustainable for us. My fiancé and I enjoyed working with Mike so much that when we got our German Shepherd puppy, we enrolled her with him as soon as we could. I would recommend Mike to everyone as he is a knowledgable, helpful teacher who cares about his clients and the dogs very much.

I communicated through text, I received a fairly quick response and sounded promising. We set up a time (11:30 Monday)for a free consult/puppy evaluation to go over options for puppy training. I arrived and texted to let him know I was there and to ask where I was supposed to go as there were multiple buildings on the property.. no response. I asked one of the lady’s in the office and she told me to go outside in the fenced in agility training area. As I found my way, there was a gentleman in there with another client and instructed me he was finishing a consultation and to wait outside with my puppy leashed, I said sure no problem. About 15 min later they got up from the table, said I could enter and they both walked out. I was thinking he must be walking her out but then he proceeded to get into his vehicle and drive away. I left a few minutes later scratching my head and went home to never be contacted or acknowledged, I did see that he read my text at 12:18 and still no response. The reviews were pretty high so I was very disappointed to say the least. Hopefully if you use this service your experience is better than mine was or wasn’t for that matter.

Mike is the best trainer in Sarasota! I have two dogs, one who was aggressive, and after the first lesson we noticed a huge change in our dogs. Mike is extremely knowledgable about everything to do with dogs and our dogs are super well behaved now. We would recommend him to anyone- I loved watching our dogs grow to their best potential through his training. Mike is also great at communicating, answering questions, and is very available. Our aggressive dog did not let anyone touch him before training, and he now loves Mike. We love attending group classes as well to keep the dogs’ skills sharp, and they are always a blast. He truly is the best! Thank you so much!!
