The K9 Effect

I can’t say enough good things about my trainer. She’s helped me a lot with both of my Dobermans, Ava and Nico, and I’ve seen real progress with them. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about every dog she works with. She has a lot of experience, from personal protection/working dogs to regular pets, so she knows how to handle different temperaments and situations. She always puts the dog first and takes the time to understand what you want out of your dog, then works with you to get there. I’ve also boarded my dogs with her and fully trust her with them, which says a lot. I know they’re being taken care of the right way when they’re with her. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy trainer.

My Belgian Malinois, Gage, recently completed obedience training at The K9 Effect and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He excelled in all aspects of the program, and I saw a huge improvement in his focus, obedience, and manners. His trainer, Kerri, was awesome – patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to work with both Gage and me so that we could keep his training consistent at home.
