The Naked Dog

I rescued my 3 year old goldendoodle Tucker who had some definite leash issues and loved to run and play in the water back in February 2020. My best friend took Haley's off-leash class in March and I saw her dog transform to being able to walk on leash and being very responsive to commands. I knew I needed to sign up for Haley's training, unfortunately the pandemic hit, so I worked with Tucker a bit on my own. As soon as TX was safe Haley and the Naked Dog started training again. She is super responsive and went above and beyond not just training Tucker but also myself on how to respond in situations and master my dog's mind. I loved working with Haley and have recommended her to to all of my friends. If you and your pup love to adventure off leash take this course! Tucker is forever changed for the better and I am so grateful!

I had a really positive experience working with Haley from The Naked Dog! The training my dog and I received was a game changer because I had really struggled with having my dog obey my commands and it had become a point of stress. My dog is a 4 year-old rescue and there were certain behaviors of hers that I needed an expert's help with and Haley provided that! She was kind, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable and quickly became a great support to me. She was always responsive to texts in between and after sessions if I had questions. After three one-on-one sessions my dog's behavior greatly improved and she went from being a really sweet dog to a really well-behaved and ideal dog! I would recommend Haley and The Naked Dog to anyone. The training was a great benefit to my dog and me!

Working with Haley and Allegra at the Naked dog has been great! Little did I know that most of the training would involve me, not the dog! They really help you understand your relationship with your pup from the perspective of the dog, and understanding that-how your dog sees a behavior as opposed to how we humans might interpret it has been eye opening. I can see now why getting down to the basics is key to making real change and developing the best relationship with your dog. Haley and Allegra really helped me do that and achieve my goals with Pixal, my wonderfully independent, stubborn, people loving canine. Highly recommended!

I loved this e-course! It is so thoughtfully put together, and explained in a way that it’ll instantly shift your way of thinking about your interactions with your dog. Allegra focuses more on the energy between you and your dog then any dog training I’ve seen before. Focusing on the energy between my dog and I has made training him easier and fun. I already see so many improvements in him, and in myself as a dog owner.

Let me start by saying I struggle with patience, and that does not improve with lack of sleep. Our new puppy was very anxious and excited in his home, which meant not a good sleeper, and very little bladder control. It was more than I could handle. We sent our boy for board training with Haley. During his stay I watched the videos so I could be a better dog owner and when he returned not only was I better trained, but he had a head start which made my job much easier. He's still a puppy, but we all understand each other now, and he is already the best trained dog I have ever had! Thanks Naked Dog!
