The Nature Coast Dog Trainer

We have had a fantastic experience with Jerry. We initially used his services for a private session with our eight year-old and four month old standard poodles. We were very pleased with his compassion his knowledge, communication and interactions with both of our dogs. We brought our older dog back to Jerry for the five session one on one training. We were very pleased with the experience and outcome. BJ demonstrated an immediate improvement in his attention and loose lead walking skills. Although he had been taken through training classes as a puppy we had no idea that he could be so responsive. Jerry was kind and caring but still firm. Our puppy has just turned nine months old and he returned last evening from a four week board and train with Jerry. He had been becoming increasingly reactive, his response to commands seemed to be regressing, and I was struggling with his behavior. I felt as though I was failing him. My dogs are my babies and I would not trust their care to just anyone. I felt from our previous experiences with Jerry that he would show the patience and understanding to bring out the best in my puppy. He had demonstrated his abilities as well as his love for dogs. Not only did Jerry and his wife welcome my baby into their home and treat him as they treat their own dogs, but Pilot seems to be totally transformed. His behavior in general seems much improved. It’s very impressive to see him doing what is being asked and doing it quickly, even at distances and with distractions. Extremely important to us as well is that Pilot’s personality is intact. Jerry was very good at communicating with us and it was exciting to see the photos and videos he sent. The only negative is that there is a long wait time for Jerry’s services, especially the board and train. We were extremely lucky to get our puppy into the program and just when I was at my wits end. I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you Jerry and Connie, this means the world to us.

Wow, The absolute BEST experience ever... Recently I was able to take my 3.5 month old GSP puppy to Jerry, The Nature Coast Dog Trainer. It was an absolutely incredible experience and fascinating to see Jerry work with him... His expertise, talent, ability & passion with dogs is something I've never seen before. My puppy & I were able to learn quite a bit in a short time. Being able to learn, watch and work with Jerry was literally a dream come true for me. I have admired and been in awe of Jerry and his dogs & the dogs he trains and following him for years. I am feeling honored and privileged to have had the opportunity to work with Jerry and my puppy & am extremely blessed that he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. I'm still in awe of the experience. I cannot say enough about the Nature Coast Dog Trainer, Jerry. Hands down, He's simply the BEST there is! He definitely has a way with dogs like none other & and is a great guy too. The absolute real deal!!! & just to add, worth every minute of the 7 hour drive!
