The People's K9

If you are looking for some help on training your doggo, The People's K9 is the spot! We highly recommend Ty to help you with all of your dog training needs. We brought our anxious and reactive Labrador Retriever to The People's K9 for some help. Our Lab needed help with her Anxiety, listening skills and to avoid pulling while leash walking. He was able to give us a training package that fit to a T and he is consistent with the training. We are very impressed with her learning skills from Ty. We are now able to walk my Lab more confidently without her pulling or reacting like she did before obtaining her training at The People's K9. Ty is kind, knowledgeable, and caring to all clientele. He works with your schedule and gives homework that is designed to help with training at home. We look forward to continuing our labrador's training with Ty.

We have three different dogs at different ages (8, 5 and puppy) with three different issues - most seemed to be brought on by bringing a very active puppy into the mix. Tyler spent a lot of time helping us work out a specific plan for each dog. He was able to talk me through a lot of behavior quirks and observations and helped train me as much as my dogs. We continue to look forward to working with Ty on puppy training for the little one.

We came to Ty to help with our dog's reactivity and anxiety toward people and other dogs, and the progress we've seen in such a short time has been tremendous. He is extremely knowledgeable and breaks everything down so we fully understand the training process. Be prepared for some homework, but it's absolutely worth it! Every dollar and every hour spent has been an investment in a happier, more confident dog. Highly recommend!

Ty is incredible. I brought Rocket to him to see if we could do anything about his crazy energy. A young, overly excitable pit that I figured would never give up on pulling and jumping. I thought I would just never be able to walk him. Literally 3 weeks in and we're strutting around Lowe's chill as a cucumber. Ty has a relaxed training method that seems to work miracles. He is training me more than Rocket, to have the confidence I need. And my pup is an entirely different dog.
