The Pet Connection

The Pet Connection is a wonderful resource in the KC area! They work with many dogs that would have been euthanized elsewhere, at no fault of their own, and gives them a second chance at life. They have wonderful trainers and volunteers who are dedicated to behavior rehabilitation. Their goal is to set their dogs up for success and find loving homes for most of their animals, but they also provide a forever home to some unadoptable dogs. The Pet Connection not only saves lives functioning partly as an animal rescue, but also provides dog training to the dogs boarded there, along with private dog training, and also offers boarding to dogs who typically cannot be boarded elsewhere. I highly recommend them dog training and boarding, and am so grateful that they saved Kanga, a dog who was slated to be euthanized at KCPP because she exhibited stranger danger. She is now thriving at TPC and is learning to trust people.

We are a rescue pup household. For the past 20 years we have consistently had at least four rescue dogs residing in our home. The Pet Connection is such a wonderful organization! They have helped us to work with some quirky and less than fun behaviors in our dogs with loving, positive guidance. Their trainers are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in showing us how to help our dogs adjust and correct difficult behaviors. All dogs deserve a chance and at the Pet Connection they provide owners with the tools needed to make the lifetime commitment of adding a furry family member a smooth ride. Thanks for all you do!!!
