The Ranch Dog Training

So many great things to say about The Ranch I don't know where to start. They were so communicative from the get go and made us feel so comfortable with the board and train program for our 2 boxers from the very beginning. Our girls were with them for almost 6 weeks and came back home with much improvement and were clearly well taken care of and happpy during their stay. Joey was an amazing trainer and always very communicative and patient with our 2 high energy and sometimes stubborn girls. Highly recommend The Ranch and will absolutely be bringing our girls back!

The Ranch Dog Training is amazing!!! We have a reactive and high energy Aussie and have struggled to find trainers and boarding facilities that are a good fit. From the moment we dropped Dudley off for his assessment we loved this place. The trainers are extremely experienced and true dog lovers. We ended up sending Dudley to a 2 week board and train where he worked with Manny. Manny is incredible!! He is so knowledgeable with working with reactive dogs and we loved his approach to training. We received daily pictures and videos that reassured us that Dudley was in great hands. The videos were super helpful for us to learn more about his trainings so we could apply it when he came home. We have already noticed so much improvement with Dudley since he came home and we are so excited to continue working with Manny and bringing Dudley back to the ranch for future boarding and training needs. Overall it was an amazing experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience – Thank You, The Ranch! When a family emergency came up unexpectedly, I was in a bind and needed to find last-minute boarding for my 3-year-old French Bulldog, Roscoe. I had heard glowing recommendations about The Ranch, a board and train facility, but they were fully booked. To my surprise and immense relief, they were still able to accommodate my last-minute request—and I’ll forever be grateful that they did. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with was absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. A huge kudos to Sam, the owner, for fostering such a positive, supportive environment. It really shows in the way the staff treats both the dogs and the humans. There’s plenty of parking available on and around the facility, which was a nice bonus. And something that really stood out: the place was remarkably calm and clean. You didn’t hear constant barking, and there was no “dog smell” like you get at many other facilities. It gave me so much peace of mind leaving Roscoe there. Since I needed to board him anyway, I enrolled Roscoe in their Board and Train program. He’s a lovable little whirlwind—very reactive to other dogs, does whatever he wants, pulls like crazy on walks, and chews anything that doesn’t move. Four weeks later, is he still crazy? Yes—but in the best way. What’s changed is everything else: no more pulling on walks, no more eating everything in sight, he’s learned the “Place” command and follows it beautifully, he’s much calmer around other dogs and clearly trying his best A special shoutout to Lia, who was Roscoe’s primary trainer. She was incredibly patient and kind, and I could tell Roscoe not only learned a lot but genuinely had fun working with her. When Lia was off, Sean worked with him, and I also learned so much just from observing how he interacted with my high-energy pup. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the daily updates—written reports, photos, and training videos. I still go back and watch them, both to laugh and to remind myself how to keep reinforcing the training at home. The biggest takeaway from all of this? It’s not Roscoe’s fault he didn’t know how to act—he just needed to be taught. And thanks to the team at The Ranch, he’s well on his way. To everyone at The Ranch: thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such amazing care of Roscoe while I was dealing with a tough time. You gave me peace of mind, and gave my dog the tools he needed to succeed. I can't recommend you highly enough!

Best dog training and daycare training center in LA! I've been sending my pup here for over 4 months. Lia's (our trainer) care to learning about our pup and tailoring his training to his behaviors, intelligence, and temperament is unmatched. The facility is extremely well kept and clean + you can tell everyone who works there is extremely passionate about working with dogs and taking care of them. Can't recommend this place enough!
