Sorry for any confusion....<br><br>I asked you to please <br>attend Class while puppy was home contagion, to allow you to train at home.<br><br>As a courtesy I asked you to <br>please notifyy me once puppy was negative, and had a Veterinarian Letter, so I could transfer to another future Class, I even emailed to check in on status, but I never heard back.<br><br>Yes there are no refunds as my Policies state.

Jodi - I wish instead you had take a moment via e-mail, a phone call, or after Class in person to voice your concerns. I cannot help, if I am not made aware.<br><br>I sent out an e-mail after Week #3 to check in with your Class to see if anyone had any questions, did not hear back.<br><br>The First Class yes was supposed to be 2 hours maximum, the first half of the Lecture I answered many many questions from the Class, at the halfway point, I ask everyone to please hold any further questions until the end, as were running a bit behind (due to the questions/answers), but if there were any questions at the end, than I did not cover, I would be happy to answer after, or if had to leave, by e-mail later.<br><br>Yes there is a lot of information to go over in a limited time window, I did provide a 6 Week Written Packet of Class Homework and Additional Reading Assignments. I also offered a Complimentary/Optional Private Face Book Group with Weekly How to Videos for anyone interested, but not a paid part of the Class/not required. If someone did not have Face Book Account, but let me know they wanted to listen to the Lecture again later, I would provide a complimentary temporary link to a Google Photo Album with the Videos, or would be welcome to sit in on a future lecture. If someone needed even more help than a Basic Group Training Class provides, I offer Private Training Options, as well.<br><br>Forgive my confusion, but the puppies/dogs in this Class were new to a Training Class, not experienced and not trained. They made learning strides from one week to the next lovely, but it took time, like a normal Basic Training Class would whether Puppy, Adolescent, or Adult.<br><br>Again deeply sorry to hear, I wish you had let me know at the start so I could have helped you be successful and enjoy your Class going forward.<br><br>From my Facility Rules Online - Required Reading before signing up (in alphabetical order) - Cc:<br><br>Technical Difficulties: Sadly please remember the Trainer/Instructor is not psychic - If you are feeling frustrated because your puppy/dog is either to hyper, too shy, or too barky to be able to work and focus on you and/or you do not understand what we are working on - please bring it to our attention right away (if we happen to miss it for any reason). There are things we can do to help you both out while we teach you to get and maintain your puppy's focus &/or build its confidence. We can put up a visual barrier to divide your puppy/dog from the rest of the room to help you both relax and focus. We can move you to an Online Group Class. As you are able to start to work together as a team, as puppies/dogs confidence increases, &/or barking decreases the barrier goes away (sometimes a bit at a time versus all at once). Again goal is to help set them and you up for success. It really does work.<br>In the event that you experience ‘technical difficulties’ with your puppy/dog, please don’t wait until class to discuss them with me. Many problems have simple solutions. The whole purpose of these classes is to offer support to the puppy/dog owner! "Please e-mail. Remember, we want to know, so we can assist you to succeed"! We return both phone messages and e-mails on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m.<br>Please bring any concerns to our attention sooner than later. In order for us to address any issues, we need to be made aware of your concerns or questions. We work hard to promote good relations between our Clients and The Right Steps. If we are kept in the dark, it is impossible for us to try and help our Clients to better succeed.<br>For more complicated behavior issues that cannot be resolved with a quick phone call or e-mail and/or are beyond the scope of the Group Training Class, we do offer Private Lessons In-Home, at our Training Facility, and Offsite (example a park) on Wed., Thurs., & Fri. by appointment, as well as Private Phone and Private Phone Video via DUO.
