Dear Chi Davinci, ( if that's your real name)<br><br>We have not record of you attending our school. If you could respond with your real name or call us, we welcome open dialogue. We keep detailed digital notes of all our lessons with each one of our clients. We would love to review what we went over with you in our lessons, what was discussed and taught. We are interested to see what private lesson package you signed up for so that we can further discuss. In addition, we have cameras in our training room and we record and monitor every interaction that we have with our clients, to ensure we offer the highest quality of services. Our call center is also monitored and recorded. Upon review of our recorded phone conversations, we have no record of you calling to discuss our school and programs.<br><br>AI is a great tool; however, it does not replace the guidance of a qualified trainer, with decades of experience pointing out and directing our clients in the moment which AI can not do. <br><br>To address your complaint of our pricing. We offer 30 minute private lessons, one on one that address every client's individual needs. These private lessons are for 6 months, weekly. We are very fairly and comparatively priced to surrounding dog training companies that offer similar services. We offer in house financing as well, to make it very affordable for all of our clients.<br><br>Again, we welcome conversations and look forward to it.<br>

Dear Diane,<br>Thank you for bringing this to the forefront. This gives us an opportunity to address this and we look forward to it. Firstly, the person you talked to is Jason, our school's initial point of contact, while our trainers are working hard seeing clients and training client dogs. Jason does not sell anything, he is there to answer questions about our school, the programs, pricing, and to assist any interested clients in getting on the schedule for our evaluation with one of our qualified trainers. <br><br>Secondly, our evaluations, are all in person and last 30-45 minutes where our trainer(s) will sit down with you and discuss in detail your concerns and help you develop and recommend a program tailored for you and your goals. Those evaluations do cost a small fee, as no one wants to work for free, I am sure you do not either Diane!<br><br>Furthermore, we do offer a free phone consultation, where myself or one of our trainers would take some time to discuss further with you your concerns or better direct you to the next steps for you and your dog.<br><br>Lastly, we have no record of you coming in to see us in person, to see how we conduct business; consequently, we feel that you leaving a one star review, based on an initial phone conversation to receive information or without you calling the owner to discuss your concerns, is completely unfair.
